1、A reader with his or her own identity card can use one computer for online reading in the electronic reading area; no one can borrow another person’s identity card or lend his or her identity card to others to access to internet.
2、The reader shall check the table, chair and computer before online reading. Consult the administrator if there is any doubt about how to use the computer, and report to the administrator if any damage is found. The reader who finds the equipment damage but gives no report will bear the liability for compensation.
3、No bags, snacks, drinks, or other objects, allowed in electronic reading rooms. The reader shall keep electronic reading room clean, so that a good surfing environment can be guaranteed. Personal articles shall be put in deposit cabinets as required.
4、To avoid affecting others, please keep quiet, and do not play or chat in the electronic reading room. When reading multimedia materials, please wear headphones.
5、Without permissions by the administrator, the readers cannot take their own CDs, floppy disks, U disks, headsets and other devices in electronic reading room. It is strictly prohibited to open the computer case, dismantle keyboards, mice and other computer accessories. Damage to computers shall be compensated by the users.
6、Abide by the relevant stated laws, regulations and provisions and social morality. Do not play games or download video materials in electronic reading area; Do not browse or download reactionary, pornographic and other various unhealthy web pages.
7、All readers shall abide by library rules, follow the administrator’s management, operate at the location specified by the administrator, and do not change seats without administrator’s permission.
8、Take care of reading desks and chairs, any man-made damage shall be compensated by the user.
9、Put back the chair and earphone after use.
